Barramundi Fillet with Nyonya Tamarind Curry sauce

Ingredients:

Fresh Barramundi, Chilli, Lime, Lemon, Shallot, Onion, Garlic, Galangal, Lemongrass, Tumeric, Tamarind, White Pepper, Candlenut, Pineapple, Dried Shrimp, Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt, Starch.

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONs

Steam : 7 mins Steam the fillet. Remove excess water and pour in the sauce (50ml) with 50ml water

Air Fry : 180’c, 14mins Wrap the fillet & sauce in aluminum foil and bake them. 

Pan fry : 8 mins Fry the fillet 4 mins on each side and pour the sauce (50ml) with 50ml water
